As a Leasing Consultant, you’re the individual that helps our prospects to find their next place to call home. We are currently seeking for a highly motivated, goal oriented, and customer focused individual to join our team. This diverse role will allow you to foster your skills in sales, customer service and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including but not limited to incoming traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and completing move-in paperwork
  • Show off our community by walking the property with prospective residents and delivering a persuasive sales pitch about the benefits of living our apartment homes
  • Attain leasing goals, such as occupancy and rent growth
  • Greet and build rapport with prospects and residents
  • Attentively respond to phone and email inquiries including but not limited to providing leasing information and setting up appointments
  • Maintain courteous communications and follow-up correspondence with residents, applicants and prospects
  • Conduct weekly market survey by shopping nearby comparable properties
  • Have a good understanding of the overall industry and market trend
  • Assist with resident retention programs and community events


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Prior leasing, customer service and or hospitality experience preferred
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Intermediate computer skills in Windows/Mac environment
  • Exemplary communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to interact with others in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Outstanding time-management and problem solving skills
